Will isport display cadence actively during ride

Post by mcamuzzi »

I have recently installed and calibrated my isport wireless...added cadence sensor.
My unit came with no instruction booklet...downloaded instruction from this forum, but no answer to the cadence question
Cannot figure out if the unit will actively display a cadence value during a ride.
Currently using my polar s720 mounted next to the unit to monitor cadence.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you have a wireless mount and a cadence sensor, you'll find your cadence data displayed in the Power Screen in the bottom window. Calories will disappear from the bottom window and will be replaced by cadence.

To get Average and Max cadence, click the up arrow once or twice respectively.

Thanks...will look for it.
Is there anyway to lock the display so that it does not toggle out of the power screen?

Appreciate the input.

There are two screens where power is displayed. The first one shows power in the middle window all the time. The second window which you get by hitting the center button alternates between power and time of ride. As long as you are on the first window, power will be the only item shown in the middle window unless you press some other button. Even if you press left or right, up or down, the unit will return to a power only display when you hit the center button.
