AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

Has anyone else had an issue trying to get their windows machines to recognize their powerpods? I’ve tried 4 cords on 3 machines with multiple USB ports and the isaac software doesn’t recognize it plugged in. Any help with this is appreciated.

There are many USB cords that don't send/receive data. I don't know if this is the case in your circumstance.
