AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

Hello, I have the Powerpod v2 and would like to add the BLE key. To do this I need to connect the Powerpod to Isaac. Isaac would not load on my old Mac so I bought a new windows 10 Lenovo laptop for this purpose. Isaac won’t load on this new machine either. At the end of the install procedure I get a window that says “setup.exe has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way, contact the application support team”.
