PowerPod/Newton Simple Setup using Isaac 4.1

Simple Setup is a version of Isaac 4.1 that does not show ANY Isaac screens or menu items. For users who want to set up their PowerPod/Newton, but who want to avoid all the extra features of Isaac, Simple Setup is the way to go.
Simple Setup screens are shown ONLY on computers where Isaac has NOT EVER been installed previously.
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY INSTALLED A VERSION OF ISAAC ON YOUR COMPUTER, THE "SIMPLE SETUP" SCREENS WILL NOT APPEAR AUTOMATICALLY. YOU WILL STILL NEED TO USE THE "DEVICE/SETUP DEVICE..." COMMAND IN ISAAC.
