Re: PowerPod showing extremely high wattage numbers midway through rides.
Your accelerometer is misbehaving.
I would do a hard reset of the unit, then a new cal ride.
If that doesn't straighten things out then you can send it in for service, but I'm not confident we will be able to fix it.

John - Yes it does. I was trying to use the Preferences from Isaac for Mac/Preferences ((Attached screen shot)) If you also go to the open folder option and the dialog that opens (a file browser) at the bottom of the panel is a button for "Options" - pressing that seems to send the applic...

Hello, my name is Ricardo, I am a Powerpod v3 user in Argentina. I bought it approximately 3 months ago. The measurements were quite good, until a few weeks when I began to notice that the power decreased when the headwind hit. A couple of days ago, I connected the PowerPod to the PC for the first ...

Re: No Rides to download. Do I need to delete all rides?
This is a problem with macOS and Isaac. If you have an Intel Mac I think there is a fix, but I will have to check it before providing a workaround.

Re: new Trek Speed Concept Blendr Duo Base and Computer Mount and Device Mount Location
The under-bar mount we recommend is very small, and I find it difficult to believe it will measurably affect your overall aero efficiency. It's hard to see how adding a GoPro helmet mount to the bottom of the basebar wouldn't cause air to detach, or at least not flow the way Trek intended. In eithe...

Re: new Trek Speed Concept Blendr Duo Base and Computer Mount and Device Mount Location
Thanks. Conceptually there will be some flex in a standard road bike bar/stem, just as there is some flex in the base and bars on a TT bike. Both configurations put rider weight on the bars through a lever. There are a lot of factors that will determine how much the bar/stem of either bike will fle...

Re: new Trek Speed Concept Blendr Duo Base and Computer Mount and Device Mount Location
Is there a way to tell if the level of vibration is problematic? I have been using a very similar setup (one one short metal extension from the Bontrager mount instead of two) on my Speed Concept. The bar setup on the new Speed Concept is very rigid. Nothing is moving as far as I can tell. I would ...

Re: My PowerPod is not resonding, nothing.
Where the file cuts-off around mile 16.5 is where your PP lost its "brains". Up until this point everything is fine. The reason for the zero mile header is because the header is recorded at the end of a normal ride which, in your case, never happened. This is a peculiar bug that happens ve...

Re: My PowerPod is not resonding, nothing.
Hello John, Charged PP last night, headed for a ride in the morning. About 1:20 Hr. into the ride , I noticed the PP was not producing any watts. So, once I got home, proceeded to turn off PP with the standard 5 button pushes. nothing, no green, yellow, red. Tried to turn on, nothing. So I plugged ...

Re: PowerPod V5 - Blocked Port
Your commute is basically on a slight downhill. Your 8/3 ride shows 195W avg, at a speed of 20.6 mph, and your HR is 124. The 8/4 commute is much lower in watts, but your speed is lower and your HR is lower. So, I think your files are OK Your 33 mile 8/3 ride has widely varying terrain, including lo...

Re: No PowerStroke today
Cadence data is missing from your 8/4 file; this is why you have no PS information.
I don't know why your cadence data is missing, but I suggest a battery replacement for your cadence sensor, and a hard reset for your unit.

Re: PowerPod V5 - Blocked Port
I looked at your ride files and can't explain what happened.
It appears that your PP was not calculating things properly.
Please do a hard reset of your unit. If you see this problem after that please let me know.

Re: PowerStroke and saddle position
Hmm...I did some experiments with this a long time ago. There was definitely a change caused by saddle height; how the legs respond to varying degrees of pedal emphasis does change when the seat is lower/higher. We did not turn these experiments into recommendations; it would be great if you posted ...
