Re: Rollers

Thanks! I just saw on Kreitler's page their watt result is from a 160 lbs rider. I weigh 138 lbs. Do you have an idea how much to tweak it by? Thanks again.

Re: new set up wizard and processing the cal ride

I updated my profile using the new "set up wizard". I selected "yes, keep previous cal ride", changed mount type to "rechargeable" and changed riding position to "hoods, elbow bent". After selecting the new choices, the values of my aero and cda has changed to ...

Re: Big difference when route analysed

I use my ipro for commuting and here's my routine. Before each ride, I leave the bike/unit outside for at least 5 minutes to acclimate. Before leaving, I do cal Cal wind and check altitude and adjust if necessary. Most of the time, the altitude is off so I set it the correct value. I do Cal wind alo...

Re: Calibration

I gave up on the coast down features. (for now). It's just too sensitive and my numbers seem to be all over the place. I made peace with just using "Fast Start" and use the default value for Crr which is .005 Did a lot of Cal ride today. Bike commute set up, 4 sets of wheels, rechargeable ...

Calibration

I'm doing a re-calibration of my unit and would like to get some advice. Do I need to do separate CAl ride and coast down for each riding position, or use same CAL ride and do coast downs for each riding position? On a regular ride, I go about 50-50 between riding hoods and drops. What do you recomm...

Re: How to check the wind offset

Same question here. I re-calibrated my Ipro for the new set up. I rode for about a mile with the unit off. Just to get the internal temp of the unit to stabilize. I then wake up the unit and do a Cal Wind. It took me a good 10-15 minutes just to get the unit read below 1. I even covered it with a pl...

Re: Editing Profiles for Dummies

A tutorial or manual would be appreciated on using (editing) settings in the "tools" menu like Analyze wind, route etc. Example, Wind offset in the Analyze wind. Does the number in the offset needs to be 0 all the time. Don't quite get this feature.

Thanks.

Re: Troubleshooting help for new rechargeable mount

I'm puzzled about the power (voltage) on my Ibike Pro. I have a good battery in the unit. It is constantly reading 283-284. When it's plugged into the computer via usb cable, it reads in the high 290's more like 296 steady. When I attach the unit to the rechargeable mount, I watch the power drop fr...

Re: Troubleshooting help for new rechargeable mount

Is it normal to get a very high wind scaling with the new rechargeable mount? after doing 2 cal ride for different set up, I get wind scaling numbers 1.3 and 1.4. one came out -0.1 tilt, the other -0.2 hmmm

I have lost about 10 lbs since last calibration. Is it recommended to do another calibration ride or just adjust the weight in the profile menu? What is the range of weight fluctuation before doing another calibration? Thanks

Thanks Fernando. I guess I can just Highlight the workout and see the results. Just wondering why the lap marker did not record it. Is this a software issue or is there an option or checkbox I have to undo? Thanks.

Did a 20 min threshold in the middle of a ride. Pressed/hold down left arrow at the beginning and end of workout. After downloading, my workout was split in 2. Wireless mount

The stem mount instruction says to position ibike just behind the edge of handlebar. Wouldn't it be more beneficial to position the ibike windport ahead of the handlebar so it has a clear view of the wind and less air turbulence due to wind bouncing off the handlebar?

Re: Announcing our new wireless rechargeable mount

Is there a picture of the rechargeable unit taken from the side? It would be nice to see the profile of it. Also, does the unit slides on/off the steer tube attachment or is it one piece where you have to unscrew the attachment every time you want to take it off or recharge. Thanks.

So, the most accurate of the 3 settings is "Crr adjusted" since this is from coast down values and should be set to this setting?
