I did exactly what you suggested in the last post, click "yes" and merged the files. That was the file you received.
I'm glad the core files are good!
I'm going to try again tomorrow morning.
I'll upload that file.

Re: Tracker data completely incorrect
Tried as suggested. Got an error message about questionable GPS data.
I had Isaac make corrections and saved. File attached.
BTW, I hope Interbike went well for you.

Re: Tracker data completely incorrect
Bought the Tracker unlock key. Did my ride. Uploaded ride file and merged the NT file . WAY OFF When I Sync the NT in Isaac, I get this warning: " The Newton Tracker data downloaded for this ride is questionable. This may be due to an incorrect date/time setting in the Newton. The start time fo...

Re: Tracker data completely incorrect
Thanks for the info John. That's interesting the comparison of Apple and Garmin. On point 4, I was referring to NT > My Rides > select ride > Total Distance; Elapsed Time; RIDE TIME ; etc... The Cal Ride was 9'44". I rode Vashon Island earlier this year with my Vector / Garmin 500 combo. Garmin...

Tracker data completely incorrect
Hi; I used Tracker today and the file is correct. I did a Cal Ride which Tracker recorded, Newton started recording after the Cal Ride. The GPS route, hmm, sort of accurate - iPhone not as accurate as Garmin 800), but moving time is off - WAY OFF! Elapsed time 1h53 (Tracker); moving time 1h05 (Isaac...

Re: Wind Cal
Thanks John. I will upload that profile.
I do the Wind Cal indoors (no wind) or if outdoors, I cup my hand over the port.Is this correct? Reading more posts, I gather that I really shouldn't need to do a wind cal after a succesful cal ride. Correct?
Thanks again.

Data reset redux
Hi; I'm back with the same issue. On yesterday's ride, after 51 km the Newton decided to "Data Reset". Then a few seconds later it reset again. When I downloaded the files, the 52 km file was there, but with the wrong start time and no distance in the filename. The second was nowhere I cou...

Wind Cal
I have done a Wind Cal inside before I ride. Before the Wind Cal, it shows readings of, say 2.4 or -1.6 for example. I press the centre button and the numbers settle at zero and the Wind Cal is "Done". After the ride, Isaac shows I had a tail wind the entire ride (would be nice wouldn't it...

Re: Newton and rain don't mix
The spike at the beginning is just that...a spike. You can edit this out with the Isaac software. Your wind sensor got plugged up at about the 40KM mark. I How did you see the plugged port? Is there someting in the data presented in Isaac, in the raw data or simply your experience with these device...

Newton and rain don't mix
I am still having problems with my Newton. Again today, 10 minutes into the ride, it reset on it's own so that date and time are incorrect. During the wet ride, the power numbers seemed way off. How about max Watt = 118000! At the end of the ride I was soft pedalling, I would guess around 70 -120 W ...

Re: Data reset
Thanks for the response. It's my bad. I was playing around with the Profile setup the other day and I guess I did not reset to Profile 1.
As for the Data Reset, that has occured a few times as well as lock up requiring a force quit / restart.

Re: Elevation way off
Thanks for your observtions. I live in Vancouver, BC and am about 10 minutes to the ocean. I use the elevation from a land surve document I have for my house, so I know it's accurate. I also know that my feet aren't wet when I ride at the shore's edge, but I'm not 25m (80 feet) above the water eithe...

Elevation way off
I set the elevation prior to a ride, 95m. Most of the ride is slightly above sea level, about 3-5 meters. However, the elevation in Issac shows the sea level elevation as 25 - 50m! Way off. The incorrect elevation occurs regardless if I set the elevation on the Newton prior to the ride, or in Isaac ...

Isaac Analyze tools
Hi;
I can't find Isaac user guide anywhere. Not sure when and how I should be using the analize tools.
When should I use the variuos tools; check calibration, wind, iBike settings, etc. With each I get different results for the variuos metrics.
Thanks

Re: What happened to the last 1/3 of my ride?
Ok, here's a good one!! Today's ride consisted of a short 15 minute ride through town to meet up with a friend. I waited for my friend about 15 minutes. Then we started three laps of Stanley Park and then returned home. However, when I started the downlaod process, I noticed two file, one from June....
