In our testing we haven't seen an issue with the RWS and crosswinds, so we decided not to add additional cost to the original design.

You have some peculiar things going on in your ride file. Please send an email to tgore@velocomp.com with your ride file so he can help you.

Tom is your best resource. He should be back to you within the next 24 hours.

I would do a Scan in your garage, far away from any other ANT+ sensors.

See if that clears up things.

Unless you were riding in strong crosswinds, the green wind vane has minimal effect.

We report csv data only in the 1 second rate.

Please do a short ride with the correct sensor/magnet position and post the ride file

This problem has been corrected in Isaac 2.4.0, which will be released very soon.

The photo reveals the problem. The spoke magnet is positioned improperly. It should pass by the notch in the speed sensor, with no more than 1-2 coin widths of separation.

Move the magnet and you will be OK.

Someday we might have Intel Inside...

Until then, we have to live with the reality that there are real tradeoffs to be made to accommodate both algorithm and display requirements.

Set Isaac filtering to zero and you'll see that your speed sensor is not working properly.

Yes. Your Madone sensor is ANT+

Do a Scan with your Madone sensor awake and all will be well.

This is a .csv file. Please post your .ibr file.

Your Suunto strap may not be ANT+. If so the Newton won't be able to read it.

1. Make sure your HR strap is activated, then do a Scan. Look for the message HR FOUND. If you see the message then your Newton is paired to the HR strap.

2. Please post a ride file illustrating your problem.

Make sure your magnets pass within 1-2 coin widths of the sensors.

If this does not fix the problem then change the battery in your sensor.
