Re: HIGH OUTPUTS WHEN WIND

Yes Fernando I will explain: I had an issue with de mount, it has a loose screw, but it had been loose since the first Cal ride, therefore this Cal ride is not good and I have rouled it out. Then When I fixed the screw I performed another Cal ride ( wich is the one attached), and later a FTP test, t...

Re: LOW OUTPUTS

Ok , yes it is a FTP test in addition to other work outs It seems you are right indeed. The shortest way to solve a problem is by asking an expert. The mount is well placed and tighted is even leveled ( I used a tool to level it, or at list that is what I think ). But the mount has a moving arm unit...

LOW OUTPUTS

Hello. When I am doing hard intervals on flat terrain, some times de power goes down to 70-100-120 watts altough I am pushing very hard an even remains low for a few seconds, at times even has gone to zero for one or two seconds, and then goes up again to the real output, This produces a very wrong a...

FTP FIT TEST

Hello. When doing a 20 minute fit test in order to find out your FTP. The numbers the newton gets. Are they your FTP, or are only the average and you should calculate by X.95?. I mean Does the Newton make the calculations and store them itself?
Thank you

I prefer Hunter Allen‘s messurements and explanations.....do a 20 minutes all out ride..take average power and multipli by .95..thiz iz the easiest and accurate way and you will get your FTP

Should we have any special cleaning for the wind sensor..?...can it get with dirt and dust over the time?
Thank you
