Re: Introducing AeroPod!
Hello again!! Can't wait to receive my Aeropod!! Meanwhile i do have some questions. Cda, Slope, Time advantage, etc are written on .fit, right? Can be shown and analyzed on Garmin Connect? Have you tried importing .CSV files from Isaac in Golden Cheetah? Does Golden Cheetah read that data (cda, slo...

Re: CRR and CDA recommended values for MTB
Thank you John.
IBR file is not the "original" because I merged the Garmin GPS data (in TCX format). Look at the differences while merging.
By the way, It seems like Isaac does not support FIT 2.0 file format, is that right? It does not read FIT from Garmin.
Thanks!

Re: CRR and CDA recommended values for MTB
Hi again, I am definetely sure that my powerpod does not measure distance properly. Don’t know why but in a 37 km ride it counted 29. Wheel circumference was changed to right values. any idea? Also it is still over reading while uphill, even with locked fork because my IF and Power is too much. Toda...

Re: CRR and CDA recommended values for MTB
Thank you John ! 1) Ok. Just changed. 2) Regarding to this.. it is better to load elevation from GPS (i guess that calcs change) or to correct elevation the way you point out? 3) I think that the fork was locked. I tried yesterday one more time 100% sure of this. Watts were pretty close to my limits...

Re: CRR and CDA recommended values for MTB
Hello! I would appreciate very much you to review my IBR file, because I think that is over reading. My IF for today was 1,47 and it wasn't. I've noticed some things: * On Isaac tracks are a little bit shorter than Garmin. * My Tires are 29x2.0 (there is no option for this on Isaac). * Elevation is ...

Hello John! Do you why it says that I was drafting between 38:00 and 40:00 (in minutes) while descending? I wasn't. Just descending.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: CRR and CDA recommended values for MTB
Sorry John but i think that the cal-ride was not ok (for 3 times) because of any hill. The third time was the same track that i used may times with my road bike successfully. In any case, after an hour of riding i think that the calibration is pretty good. Specially on the second part of the ride. A...

Re: CRR and CDA recommended values for MTB
I made a hard reset using isaac. It was impossible for three times to get the O&B calibration. Don't know why but when counter gets to 50 it continues.. no red lignt and no 50 stall. No idea. Files attached. Now I changed CRR and CDA values after the cal and on the profile and i am going to test...

Re: CRR and CDA recommended values for MTB
Yesterday I did the steps but something wrong happened. Today I will try again. 1) Created a new profile as shown on Cal Ride Video. Changed CdA and CRR. 2) Attached PP to MTB. 3) Paired sensors. 4) Green and red flashing. 5) Pushed button. Started flashing orange. 6) Riding... 1,2,3...49,50,51,52.....

O&B calibration on Garmin
Hello!
¿It would be difficult to implement on PowerPod / Aeropod to start the O&B calibration when clicking the calibration button on Garmin?
Thanks!

CRR and CDA recommended values for MTB
Hello! I am ready to ride with PowerPod and my MTB, and reading the forum noticed that the CRR and CDA (m2) values should be changed for MTB. I read that .0082 and 0.049 should be fixed values. Is that right? Should I change this before or after an O&B calibration? Any advices about calibration ...

Re: Introducing AeroPod!
Yes, my bad. 1) AeroPod picks up DFPM cadence data. Additional sensor not required 2) AeroPod does not record additional DFPM data such as pedal smoothness. If your bike computer displays it, that's where you see it 3) AeroPod receives DFPM data. AeroPod transmits DFPM power, CdA, wind speed, time ...

Re: Introducing AeroPod!
Hello! I have some questions: If DFPM (all of them broadcasts cadence), a cadence sensor it is still needed? As far as I know, now on PowerPod there is no way to use the cadence data from the DFPM. ¿An speed sensor it is still needed? ¿DFPM additional data like pedal smoothness and torque effectiven...

Hello! Ia recently bought a Power Stroke license and I made a ride with a *new* magnetless cadence sensor. I read this post but still not clear for me... Re: Left/Right Power?
I am agree, PowerStroke it is a great feature but I think that a step ahead could be done... 1) Reading, writing into .ibr and broadcasting (via ANT+) the balance, torque effectiveness and pedal smoothless data from a DFPM. 2) Using that data, if available, to complete PowerStroke analysis. I think ...

Re: My PP asked me for a new cal ride?
Since it happened, i noticed that the PP overreads a little comparing to Rotor. Here is my last ride, 10 watts average more than DFPM. Is there any way to fine tuning ?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Update:
Yesterday i went out for a ride... and PowerPod didn't asked me for a new calibration . When it switched off the day before was lighting red and green. So I guess that something was wrong... can't understand.

Re: My PP asked me for a new cal ride?
Hello!
The thing is that I already had the DFPM paired and fully functional in PowerPod. It is what I use to, as you say, compare and enrich my analysis in Isaac / GoldenCheetah, etc.
Anyway, i'll do a O&B cal again. If it ask me again I will notice you.
Thanks for your support!

Re: My PP asked me for a new cal ride?
Step by step: * Got my bike and started to ride. * Switched on Garmin (riding). * Switched on PowerPod (riding). (nothing different from any other day) * Noticed that Garmin was showing 0 watts, but cadence. * Stopped and move the magnet closer to the sensor (i supposed that 0 watts was a problem of...
