Crr help

Can someone please explain the difference between using Crr fixed and Crr adjusted and Crr setting in Ibike?
What's the advantage and disadvantage of using each setting? Do you always set for the lowest value?
What setting do you guys use?

Thanks!

Re: Profile help

I'm 5'7". I checked the bike and everything looks ok. No pads rubbing and the wheels spin good. If that's the resulting value, I guess it is what it is. Just puzzled with the high crr. All I did was change handlebar and switched to a single sensor from Garmin. Here are the values before: 11/11/...

Is the Polar heart rate strap compatible with Ibike? I can get my garmin strap to pair up but don't know about Polars.

Re: Lost readings

Still having the same problem. I would loose readings after a few minutes into the ride. Another problem occurred. After powering it off then on, to somehow reset the unit, I get only speed reading. No power and HR readings. I just installed new battery. Very frustrating.....

Re: Lost readings

Makes sense. We did ride over some bumpy road which might have knocked it out of connection. When I take it off /on the mount, do I need to power it off then on again?

Re: Lost readings

Just had new battery installed. After shutting it off, numbers came back on again. Is this a software/hardware hickup?

Lost readings

About 45 min. on a recent ride, all readings in the screen went zero. Seems like it lost all signals. Batteries are good. After riding for more than 2 miles trying all button combination, I end up shutting the unit down and turn it back up. Any idea what might have happened? Thanks

Re: Batteries

Thanks. That's a good idea. But, I'd rather put a fresh battery in the main unit.

Is there a way to quickly turn off the display? Thanks!

Batteries

Is it really necessary to replace the wireless mount battery every time you change the unit battery? just for curiosity, I put the wireless mount battery to the main unit to check the voltage and it is still in the 290's.

Thanks

The downloaded file shows avg 268 watts for 20:33 if I cut the excess and just go with the 20:10, it...

Re: First Fitness Test - some questions

Did my first test too. My question is: During set-up, I entered "hoods" as primary riding position. When I did the test, I was on the drops the whole time though. Should I have done the test riding on the hoods? In an all out effort, I find it more comfortable on the drops.
