iBike Died After Riding in Rain
So, I've been using an iAero without incident for 3 or 4 months now, but I did the collegiate national championship road race this past saturday and it stopped working mid-way through. It was lightly raining and cold, but certainly the conditions were not extreme. Since then, I've left it on my desk...

Re: Maximum Power Level
In my experience the iBike has been slightly underestimating in the max power range. I did a ride with a DFPM recently and maxed at 1345 watts with the powertap, but the iBike would have only shown 1275 with the calibrated profile. I don't find max numbers as useful for predicting race performance a...

Re-Aligning iBike after crash
So, I have my iBike on an extender in front of my handlebars and it was recently dislodged in a crash. I know that 'riding tilt' is part of the calibration, so it stands to reason that I need to get it back to it's original position for my cal files to be accurate. What's the best way to accomplish ...

Re: Editing Profiles for Dummies
So, I tried to do a DFPM calibration and the fit gave me numbers that were significantly overestimating relative to the DFPM in the cal ride. I was able to modify the wind scaling/aero to get the numbers to more closely match the DFPM, but I'm not sure how valid my changes are. Can someone take a lo...

Re: Wireless ID's not being stored in Profile
I've been having the same problem. Also whenever I connect to the iBike software it says "There are new wireless IDs in your head unit, would you like to update your profile with these IDs." or something like that. I click yes, but I still have to scan every time.

I just saw a picture of the new team kits and bikes. Looks like they're running iAero's, but iBike is not listed on their sponsors.

On a related note, does iBike do any sponsorships with collegiate teams?

Re: Refining calibration numbers
I'm very interested in this as well b/c I haven't been able to achieve a reasonable calibration with my iAero. Hopefully I can borrow a wireless PT from someone and get it worked out if there are instructions...I don't think that there will be much difference between the two if I use the same tire/t...
