On Friday 9/27/13 I was able to email, open and download my ride file. Today 9/30/13 i tried to email my ride file after a ride and i never received it. It said it was sent but i never got it. I changed nothing since Friday. is this something IBike has mosified or not. Thanks for your response.........

The subject has been asked since Iphone users upgraded to the Iphone 5 late last year (2012). Are we any closer to getting functionality of the iDash+Power for use with our Iphone 5's. It is very frustrating.

Just bought the iPhone 5 to replace my iPhone 4.

Can I trade in my iPhone 4 iBike phonebooth to a new Phonebooth that is compatible with my Iphone 5 and still have all the same functionality of my current iBike Dash with Power?

UPDATE--Resent yesterdays ride file and received via email, but still can't receive today's ride file.

Sent a ride file yesterday (5/29) received to my email addresses fine. Just completed a ride today and sent it from iBike but has not reached either of my 2 email addresses (been 15 min). Anybody else share the experience..Thanks......jim

Ed--I have the same problem and asked before on the forum see "Odd Problem V 1.07". I tried John's solutions and they did not work for me. For know I am just waiting for a new update and see if the next version will fix the problem.

I know i have seen the diagram before for installing/placement of the foam rails. I upgraded my Iphone 4 from 3gs. Does anyone know if the diagram is on the idash page, if not where is it located? .....Thanks.......jim beauregard

John- There are 3 ride files in my iphone. This is not the first time I have experienced this. I normally don't have to switch out of my iBike app but it has happened at least 3 times since switching to V1.07...........JIM

John--Thanks for the response, however I must tell you I was patient, I waited more 10 minutes and the "data uploading" never did go away. It seemed a little too long, like it was in an infinite loop. The phone call could not have been much more than a minute. Does that make sense?...........

Rode all winter on rollers and power/watts output dead on. Switched off trainer mode and have taken 3-4 outside rides and power/watts numbers not even close (87 avg for 1.5 hrs). Normal s/b ~215.
