Re: Should be a simple fix

Hi John Thanks for your reply - I have emailed Tom (I cant find my original message so maybe it never arrived with him) Hoping this wont be a lengthy process as its supposed to be summer here in the UK (although its hard to tell) and I was looking forward to training hard with the PP over the next ...

Re: Firmware 7.09 for AeroPod/PowerPod with FW 7.x

Actually, your particular unit has the most recent FW for its microprocessor.

Are you having problems with APS on your unit? If so we may need to check our older version of FW.

Re: "Recalibrate" and keep existing sensor pairings?

After a few minutes your device will recalibrate itself. At the end of the ride it will remember the recalibration.

As long as you don't move the device again between rides, your next ride should be good from the very start.

Re: New Computer - download profiles from PowerPod?

0) When installing Isaac/Mac make sure you EXACTLY follow the installation instructions! If you do all is well; if you don't Isaac will crash, and reinstalling Isaac will be a real pain (thanks Apple...!) 1) It sounds like you have many, many ride files stored in your PP. You can download all of the...

Re: Different calibrations, please check.

The differences aren't large, in my opinion. What is most important is that you use the same settings, for consistency. Wahoo sensors are not as good as Garmin sensors; Wahoo sensors have speed spikes. You can see this if you set your filtering to zero. It's not fatal, however... I think your ride f...

Re: Problem Starting PP on today's Ride

I think two things happened: 1) When you were clicking buttons, you put PP into pairing/cal ride mode 2) It sounds like your PP needs a hard reset. Press-hold for 12 sec, until light goes out momentarily then turns back on. Release button You may need to do a new cal ride (or load in a profile from ...

Hi, my V2 Powerpod is on v6.41 and Isaac tells me I'm on the latest version. Is 7.x not available for V2? Thanks!
No, your PP is fine. This FW is for different model.

Re: Different calibrations, please check.

It looks like the two 24km files you uploaded are from the same ride, except that one has been processed mathematically with Isaac. What kind of speed sensor are you using? When Isaac processes files, minor differences (which is what you have) can occur. There are some ENORMOUS headwinds on your rid...

Re: Aeropod data not consistent - velodrome environment - Blaine

Your problem is the DFPM pairing with SRM. You are using an SRM Track power meter, but your profile shows "Other" as the DFPM type. It should say "SRM Track". SRMs are very unusual, and in our view unnecessarily weird, in that the SRM power meter calibration correction is done in the head unit, not ...

Re: Can you check my calibration?

Your wind sensor appears to be obstructed. This would cause low power. Calories are linked to power output. Calories are power added up over time. Your weight was too high in your original profile. It is not surprising that your power/calories dropped, but please check your wind sensor for blockage.

If your PP is properly calibrated, calorie count will be accurate within 2%.

Calories are power added up over time.

Re: Como emparejar y calibrar pp v3 ant/ble con Garmin Edge 510

1) Once you have the device calibrated you don't have to do a new calibration; simply turn it on. 2) Yes, if you have multiple bikes you set up a new profile for each bike, using Isaac, and pair your separate speed sensor for each bike. You do a cal ride for each bike, one time. 3) If you're using s...
