Had the same problem last night. Merged a gpx file on a PC and it did not merge it the first time ran it the second time and it worked fine. I can post files when I get to work tomorrow night

Indeed I think I ripped mine off the second time I put it on the mount. Haven't had much rain here in MI until recently. But I did wind up in a down pour last week that blocked the wind port and I did not have any other issues with water ingress.

How do you review lap data on the isport after the ride? Is there a way to have it display lap data(avg) during the ride?
