Unit is not responding

I have installed the usb bridge on my computer, and when I try to download a ride the software identifies the ride but says the unit is not powered on. I have removed the usb cable and reinserted and the computer gives the "bonk" sound recognising the reconnection. The iBike Pro has data o...
