wind offset
Question when I ride I basically press the centre button and go. Does the i bike perform wind off set automatically. I have noticed it takes approx 5 min and the computer starts working fine without doing the wind offset each time.

Did fitness test and achieved level 6. I was happy with this result also following watts is a lot easier than heart rate.

I trained for an iron distance event last year and looking back at my training I was well overtraining and just feeling overcooked when getting home after a 4,5 hour ride. Using power as a training tool seems more user friendly than heart rate whilst cycling.

Average watts for fit test is 290. Now I k have a number what should my endurance watts be for long rides.

Fit test
Did fit test today achieved level 6, 3.82kg. How do I find out my max or average. The fit test was done using an isport.

WATTS for triathlon
Normally use heart rate for the cycle phase whilst doing triathlon. By using the Isport will I be able to calculate watts needed to keep to an aerobic level by using the fit test.
