thanks for your suggestions.
Yes iBike2 recognize the unit without the iBike Pro attached.
Unfortunately I ave followed the suggestion about the Hard Reset without results.
I have unsuccesfully tried also with different usb ports.

Issue with Ibike Pro to Computer Connection
Hi, Hardware installmnt on the bike for the iBike works fine. Problem is with the connection on my computer. The computer refuse to recognize the device.
