Just for reference, the url that is called when getting the GPS data is:
ibike.dyndns.biz on port 7444.
I had to provide an allow rule on both my home firewall and my DNS provider (NextDNS).

Re: Velocomp Tracker Account
Hi John, I have figured out that the issue is something to do with my over engineered home network. Using my phone as an access point, I can login to tracker and get a confirmation, after that I can download the GPS data. Now I just need to figure out what is being blocked from my end. Is there a sp...

Re: Velocomp Tracker Account
Hi John, I managed to get out for a short ride today. I ran Velocomp Tracker on my phone from the start to the end and uploaded afterwards - see: TrackerConfirmation.png After connecting my PowerPod to my Mac and downloading the ride file, I open the ride I just completed and select (from the burger...

Re: Velocomp Tracker Account
Hi John, Thanks for the prompt response, I note that the interface with the correct credentials appears to 'login', but there is no confirmation of success. However, if I provide a bad password then, I do see a response stating that there is a problem. So, it appears that I am logged in. I think I n...

Velocomp Tracker Account
Hi, I recently moved over to Mac OS, so have installed and have Velocomp Aero for Mac working. However, if I try to login with my Velocomp tracker credentials (Device -> Login to Velocomp tracker..), the interface simply does not respond when I click 'login'. Is this a known issue, or am I being daf...

Re: Backup and Restore Profiles
Hi John,
Thanks again for the reply.
All clear now, I will make sure I have good copies of my exports for the next time I need to do a reset (a rare occurrence).
Regards,
Jon

Re: Backup and Restore Profiles
Hi John, Thanks for the reply. For item 1. I mean that I've used Isaac to preform the factory reset: Device -> Setup -> Reset profile/ device -> Complete device reset For item 2, where I have previously exported the profile from the device after doing a calibration ride, then once the device reset i...

Backup and Restore Profiles
Hi, Context: I have a PowerPod v3, that I've been using for a few years on my gravel bike. During use I've had a few instances where I've needed to do a factory reset of the PowerPod to resolve issues and each time I've had to go through the setup process/ calibration etc. Question: I have used the ...

Re: Add new HRM or remove all sensors and add all again?
Thanks John,
That worked, I was not seeing the new device ID (get from device) before, but it is showing now.
Is it necessary to perform a new calibration ride to take the new HRM into account? Nothing else has been changed.
Many thanks,
Jon

Add new HRM or remove all sensors and add all again?
Hi, I've been using a PowerPod v3 for the last couple of years, I initially set it up with a set of Garmin sensors (non magnet) and Garmin HRM. All has been OK. This week my Garmin HRM has been acting up, so I thought I'd simply swap to a newer Wahoo Tickr HRM. However, I can't figure out how I can ...
