Re: AeroPod battery charge level
You say you have FW 9.00, but your GPS indicates 1.3. Resolve that problem and I predict the battery level will be rectified.

Re: FW 9.00 Profile 4 Calibration
But I'm asking how to perform a Profile 4 calibration, not for a daily startup procedure.

Re: FW 9.00 Profile 4 Calibration
GPS = Garmin Edge 1030 Plus. 1) The response does not answer my inquiry in the least. 2) While I've completed a calibration, I'm uncertain if it's considered successful. 3) The AP instructions requests tests to match calibration conditions for things like speed and power. If one is testing at a diff...

Re: FW 9.00 Profile 4 Calibration
More often than not, I still can't execute a Profile 4 Calibration. Upon powering the AeroPod and pairing sensors: On my first attempt the AeroPod flashed red, went solid red, then solid yellow. The GPS did detect the AeroPod. On my second attempt, the AeroPod flashed green briefly and then extingui...

Re: AeroPod Missing Data Acquisition
Here are 5 other instances of the AP having dropouts with my DFPM. There are others, but these are the easiest ones to substantiate. Like the original instance I reported, my secondary GPS gets reasonable data from the DFPM. For the record, I'm in the habit of charging of the pedals every other day,...

Re: AeroPod Missing Data Acquisition
If I understand correctly, a hard reset means to press and hold AeroPod button for approximately 10 seconds. The LED goes out and then flashes yellow once.
I do such hard reset at least once a day.

Re: AeroPod Missing Lap Markers
Thank you. That priceless piece of intrinsic knowledge is just what I needed to know. i.e.:
Closed loop files have two lap markers in the .ibr ride file: start test and end test
Out and back files have 3 lap markers in the ride file: loop-around marker, start test, and end test.

Re: AeroPod Missing Lap Markers
Indeed, I erred on my attachment for the AeroPod Missing Data Acquisition thread. I apologize and have addressed the matter in that thread. As the purpose for this thread is only about the AP missing lap marks, I'll do my part to stick to that matter henceforth. The issue of this thread is that in t...

Re: AeroPod Missing Data Acquisition
Mea culpa. I really know better than to submit anything after 8PM. I never should have attached the Velocomp_12_09_2021_1010_10_km.CSV. When asked for the IBR the next morning, I keyed off the filename making yet another mistake.
Attached is the correct IBR with the subject dropout.

Re: AeroPod Missing Lap Markers
1. "When AP receives a lap message, the AeroPod CdA app shows a screen for 10 seconds with the last-lap information." a. But in my case, the AP is receiving a lap message. How else could it appear in the CSV export of the IBR? b. By "the AeroPod CdA app shows a screen for 10 seconds w...

Re: AeroPod Missing Lap Markers
I'm well aware of issues with my "lab" and can understand how it's an overriding distraction, but that has nothing to do with this thread. The only comment germane to my inquiry is the claim that my laps "did not start and stop in the same physical location." In point of fact, I ...

Re: AeroPod Missing Lap Markers
Since I've submitted all the IBR files, I'll mention another error I've found. There are anomalies in the Timestamp. In 1423_5, the time stamp jumps from 2021-12-10T20: 29 :15Z at 337 seconds to 2021-12-10T20: 54 :24Z at 338 seconds. In 1448_15, the time stamp jumps from 2021-12-10T 20 :52:50Z at 69...

Oddly, while the IBR doesn't delimit on the lap marker, the exported CSV does. See row 62 at 2021-12-10T20:42:56Z

AeroPod Missing Lap Markers
I did several profile 4 tests yesterday. The AeroPod failed to catch one of the lap markers. In this Strava activity, the missing mark is between laps 6 and 7. https://www.strava.com/activities/6368398286/laps Attached is the IBR of concern. This is not the first time the AeroPod has missed lap mark...

AeroPod Missing Data Acquisition
I've been getting unrealistic DFPM values in CSV exports. It seems to happen after I've coasted for a while. My DFPM is a Favero pedal based system that also reports cadence. While I'm getting the unrealistic DFPM power readings, the cadence reported by the AeroPod is zero. The attached PNG files gr...

FW 9.00 Profile 4 Calibration
How do I reinitiate a calibration in Profile 4? I did calibration and testing yesterday morning. I went out again a few hours later and couldn't get a red/green flash again. I ended up using the Isaac Setup Wizard again and then could re-calibrate. There has to be a better way, right? On a related n...
