John,
I will do another calibration ride and I will post he file if I still have a large Power Delta. When I did the one with the problem, the calibration ride went ok but I stop the ride few seconds after instead of ride after, for a little while.
Have a good Memorial Weekend!

Re: Import/Export to Profile #4 and #3 (CdA measurements)
John thank you, everything is working perfect! Just as a foot note: when you add a new profile and enter all the data, it creates the profile for example Bike#1, then after do the calibration ride, all the calibration and pairing data is writing into the Prodile # 4 and copy to profile # 3. VA will ...

Velocomp Aero and Power Delta
Q: I have a Power Delta about 5-10 watts with the DFPM below the AP. Is there a way to adjust it under VA?

Re: Import/Export to Profile #4 and #3 (CdA measurements)
John, Thank you! I though I did what you described but most likely i messed up somehow. I assume that using profile #3 or #4 should be the same because profile #4 the original setup is copied into profile #3 correct? For what I understand profile #4 is copy to profile #3 but profile #3 is not copy i...

Import/Export to Profile #4 and #3 (CdA measurements)
Description: I have 2 pair of wheels with different rims and tire sizes. Each has its own Speed Sensor, thus, I need two different "profiles" to use them in profile #4 and mainly profile #3 Question: is there a way to save (export) and eventually import (restore) the profile and being able...

Velocomp Aero:Unable to create a new profile
Problem: I am unable to create a new profile. I use many time Velocomp Aero with no success and one time Isaac with no success. Description of what I did: 1. Replace batteries both speed and cadence and check the batteries before install them. BTW I also tried 2 different Garmin speed sensor jic. 2....

John,
Thank you! It works great under Isaac, so it is not a big deal.

PowerStroke and VeloComp Aero
I am missing the elephant in the room!. I have VC Aero 0.4 and I have the sampling rate for PowerStroke, however I can not find where the PowerStroke is. Yes if I load Issac is there and works very well but the fact that even the image of PowerStroke is in VC Aero / About indicates that it should be...

Velocomp Aero vs Isaac
Isaac is a great product and works as expected. Velocomp Aero (VCA)is another issue, I have been spending more time dealing with the AeroPod than riding since I have installed Velocomp Aero and I am at the point of just using Isaac. Some of the problems may be me, that I have not setup VCA correctly...

Re: AeroPod CDA (oleksiy)
John, thank you very much!.
BTW the correlation of the aeropod and the DFPM is a carbon copy; I used to use the DFPM to re-calibrate the AP/PP now I do not do it any more, both are the same. Great work.

AeroPod CDA (oleksiy)
I use profile 3 most of the time and as John said, the old Aeropod CDA is the choice if time advantage is important. The problem I have is the following: Suppose I ride a downhill and I am in drops, so the CdA will go down accordingly, then a climb follows, the speed goes down and the CdA will stay ...

Aeropod & PowerHouse
AP and Isaac are working great. This post is two mention two problems that I have had for a while: 1. PowerStroke was producing errors which I reported and John replied (Velocomp CEO Posts: 7559 Joined: Fri Jan 11, 2008 6:43 am} After that thread other rides repeated the same problem. I tried many c...

Re: Add new HRM or remove all sensors and add all again?
The problem with trying to add sensors through Isaac is that it often doesn't work, because the incorrect sensor IDs are entered. At some point in the past ANT+ went to 6 digit sensor IDs. We are compatible with 6 digit IDs but Isaac does not "see" all 6 digits, nor does it correctly reco...

Profile # 3
Q: Can I transfer profile #1 to profile #3 instead of using Profile #4 Everything is working great. I have a very good profile #4 in a very smooth road, no wind and flat, just a perfect place record different CdA's The problem I have is that I ride most of the time in the mountains, sometimes rough ...

Re: PowerStroke
John, Thank you very much. I'll be back with a new thread but the correlation between AeroPod vs Garmin V3 is excellent, basically a "carbon copy" even mixing good road with gravel in the same ride. Most of the time I only have AP on the bike and use it as Power Meter. Finally whoever wrot...

Re: PowerStroke
John, 1. Thank you 2. Most likely that file was corrupted. Today I did a ride and powerstroke went OK. 3. I have to work more to increase the power in the left leg and mainly to pull up more on the right side so the curve flattens more. 10/28 is today's and it is ok. 10/27 is the one that I had the ...

Re: New AeroPod/PowerPod CdA app for Garmin devices
Oleski, It seems the frozen screen in your app is mainly related to the varia radar, when the radar get disconnected (maybe one or twice in a 50 miles ride) then the field where the CdA app is on get frozen, the rest is OK. Disconnection of the radar is reported and known and it is a problem. The pa...

Re: New AeroPod/PowerPod CdA app for Garmin devices
Oleksiy, Many thanks for your great app. I have been using it with 2 fields using the AP as power meter, I ride about 300 miles a week Problem: during a ride sometimes may be a very short interruption of the data (like radar disconnect and almost immediately reconnected) and everything continuous ru...
