AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

A question - I ride an Elliptigo standup bike with 20x1.5 tire size. This doesn't come as a standard choice in Isaac. Is there a possibility of adding it to Isaac, how important is the tire-size? Does anyone have a sollution?

I'm a Elliptigo 11R-rider and just bought the Powerpod V3. I'd like to use it on my elliptigo. My tiresize is 20x1.50 Schwalbe Marathon, as a bikecomputer I'm using Garmin 6x Pro. Do you have a setup for the Powerpod?
