Successfully recorded a ride today after resetting in Isaac and doing a calibration out-and-back. Fingers crossed.

[Sorry, but your post has absolutely no clues. I don't know what you are reporting as an issue; I don't know why you have attached these ride files; I don't know what to inspect. Apologies, same issue as the first post in this thread: there are no wind or slope values showing up in the Garmin files.

As mentioned above, the latest, which is apparently 6.20. This also happened with 5.50. I expect if I reversed the setup (connect PP to Fenix but not Edge), I’d get the same result.

Tried one more thing: I disabled the cadence sensor on my Edge (to verify whether or not the PowerPod was indeed transmitting cadence). Did another lap: cadence data showed and recorded, along with the drops. So yes, the PowerPod does transmit cadence.

Is it possible to disable the cadence sensor in the Wireless IDs tab of the profile editor? Or is another calibration ride required to clear that out?

What's frustrating about this problem is that we can't replicate it. I am using the same sensor setup, paired with an Edge 520. No problems... Just re-paired my PowerPod with my cadence sensor. Also paired my Fenix 6x with my cadence and speed sensors (not the PP). Paired my Edge 830 with the cadence and speed sensors as well as the PP. All devices have latest firmware as of today. As you can see in the attached Garmin Connect images and ....

I was incorrect in the above statement. I took a (very cursory) peek at the specs for the ANT+ bike power profile and see that it does in fact allow for sending cadence data (as you earlier noted). What I didn't see was what the payload of the message from the meter looks like. 30 years of software...

If I understand your post correctly, you are saying that your Garmin ALSO is recording intermittent cadence data. That would suggest that the problem is in your cadence sensor. Assuming you're using the cadence for PowerStroke, can you provide a setting where the PowerPod receives cadence but doesn't retransmit? Then the iBike file would have the necessary data and Garmin would get the correct cadence numbers.

Of course I don't know if that's valid, but a thought.
