I've got a problem similar to that described on this thread--PP v3 is not recharging, and no LEDs are illuminated--but unfortunately, the hard reset is not working. I've tried the hard reset after having the PP plugged into a power source for 20 min., unplugged ...same results. Nada. Any other sugge...
