I’ve just ordered a pitot tube for my shiny new PP V3.
When it arrives, am I correct in presuming I need to recalibrate?

Re: No power reading on edge 820
So - did some research. Edge 820 only seems to use Bluetooth for phone connection - therefore the PP has to have been connected using ANT+. I did the whole 12 second Button hold reset, re-paired speed sensor and did another calibration ride at now it works. No ide what went wrong first time around b...

Re: No power reading on edge 820
Thanks John - can you confirm which the correct power field is? I think that may be exactly my problem!

Re: No power reading on edge 820
Morning - the power source is the Powerpod V3.
As described, the connection is there as I can see the power symbol lit up on the edge 820 and am receiving readings of slope and wind etc from the Connect IQ app. The only reading not being received is power.
Or have I misunderstood your response?

No power reading on edge 820
Hi - speed sensor pairing completed. Calibration ride completed by watching the lights on the Powerpod (v3). Confirmed on Isaac. I can see wind readings, slope CdA etc on the Connect IQ app (so PP is definitely paired with the edge 820), but I can’t see my power reading anywhere (during the calibrat...

Re: Powerpod V3 not connecting to Garmin speed and Cadence Sensors
That’s done the trick! Just the calibration ride left now - can’t wait. Thanks again for the help and fast responses.

Re: Powerpod V3 not connecting to Garmin speed and Cadence Sensors
Brilliant. Thanks again. I’ll post back once I’ve tried it out and can confirm success (won’t be for a day or two though I’m afraid).

Re: Powerpod V3 not connecting to Garmin speed and Cadence Sensors
Thanks for the fast reply.
I’ll give it a go. If a hard reset is done though, should I do the Calibration ride before I re-attach it to ISAAC and reset the profile? Or after I have reset the profile?

Powerpod V3 not connecting to Garmin speed and Cadence Sensors
Evening (happy Labour Day)! I’m now the proud owner of a V3 and after setting up ISAAC on my Mac and sending profile 1 to the Powerpod, I’m now failing to connect it to both the Garmin cadence and speed sensors. Both Sensors are awake (they are showing as connected to my Edge820). I hold the Powerpo...
