Thanks for looking for me and your help. Hope you have a wonderful day.
I have ordered a front mount so I can move it out the front of the handle bars away from cables.

Re: Can you check my calibration?
I have the cables well away from the wind sensor. Seems strange as I had tied my cables back.
Thought I did put my proper weight in profile. 63.5kg? As for cables, have them away from powerpod air duct

entered my updated profile. Here my ride, but calorie count seems lower. Will i need to recalibrate? to get calories right or is it linked with power output?

Can you check my calibration?
I managed to entered my correct bike weight by my scales, weighted myself; then weighed myself with bike and took off my weight and got hr strap going and works with powerpod and redid a calibration, so could you check it and see if it's ok? Near the ballpark will be fine by me?

Re: Can you repair sensors without recalibration?
That may have been it, may have turned the powerpod on before my bike computer, which I am sure that or my watch wakes it up.
May have to try a pair again, which will mean another calibration. Dont think the powerpod registers a hr strap without it first being awaken with a bike computer or watch.

Re: Can you repair sensors without recalibration?
No HR is displayed and HR ticked as has been shown in your screen shot. And last time I did a re pair sensors with hr chest strap on and a recalibration. Though it may have picked up my hr strap, but did not. And indicator lights showed the normal pairing info that speed and cadence had paired, but ...

Can you repair sensors without recalibration?
I tried to pair my hr strap, and repaired everything, iz thought, but my hr strap does not show up in issac.
Can you repair sensors again without the need to be forced into doing another calibration, as after pairing, does it not assume your doing a calibration after?

Curious, Calorie count a rough indicator of good calibration?
I am curious. Is calorie amount on a bike computer an indication of good calibration? I know your calorie count wont be 100% correct but looking at calorie calculators and how much you should be burning? Is it any sort of indication of how good your calibration is? I mean, stopping and starting in t...

The thing you must do if you own a Garmin bike computer
I have found if you turn on your Garmin bike computer on, then the powerpod you get dropouts.
Turn the powerpod on first then bike computer, no dropouts.

Re: Calorie count halved since installing powerpod
I redid a reset and looked at my weight and bike tire. It showed 700x23, my bike has 29x2.1 and changed it. Added my average weight of 63.5km. Redid calibration and cailore count is better. Default bike weight is pretty near as I weighted my bike on scales. Also realized if your say peddling in a ba...

Re: Calorie count halved since installing powerpod
Was going by my garmin 1030 bike computer. Before the powerpod was about showing double, or near on my garmin and that is including a hr strap. So will do a total hard reset and not use issac at all, as it maybr close enough. I may have ended up stuffing something up through with issac without knowi...

Re: Calorie count halved since installing powerpod
I tried looking or adding a profile but what you need to input is overwhelming. I mean they want weight of bike and rider,? Weight with gear etc, how do you know the weight of your bike and gear, as this will always vary. I did put my bike on a scale, seat part on the scale, so apoximitly know the w...

Calorie count halved since installing powerpod
I have notice my calorie count has dropped to about half since installing my powerpod, but have not linked my hr strap yet. Is this the issue? Calorie count used to be higher. No way do I only burn about 67 calories In 6.23km. The best I did before the powerpod recorded was 142 cal. Sounds like mayb...

Adding hr sensor at a later date
I got my powerpod and works fine, got cadence and speed sensor added. How do I add a hr strap sensor without having to go through the whole process and calibration stage again? As I went on a calibration ride and realised did not pair my hr sensor. So do you have to go through the whole process agai...

Thanks, and would presume hr and cadence would lead to more accuracy of your data and accuracy of your powerpod power accuracy.

Battery power pack with powerpod
I am waiting for my powerpod. And like how this is so portable and a cheap way to get into some type of power meter. I have HR, Cadance, but no power on my garmin 1030 so cannot get VO2 max and other training Info without any sort of power meter and will compete my Garmin data. Sure there are softwa...
