Ride File Check (@ your convenience)
Hello John, Been using this fantastic device since May and I think it's time for a little check. Everything seems consistent, but would like your feed back. Again, thank you so much, Ken B. Edit: I've included current files from all 4 bikes. iBike_09_05_2019_0922_42_Miles.ibr iBike_09_07_2019_1344_1...

Power Pod Lite & Powerstoke
Hello John,
This looks like something I could use, with the purchase of the key, will PS work with PP Lite ? I do use a cadence sensor. And will I need a seperate cadence sensor for each bike profile ?

Re: PowerPod Failed Me Today
Solved, some how, issac shows 2 profiles , sharing the same speed sensor ID. Software thinking for itself. Reassigned the correct sensor ID to the correct profile, all is working. Gota love it .

PowerPod Failed Me Today
For some reason, my PP won't pair to my Garmin head unit. Speed sensor is paring with head unit, but PP refuses to pair. Nothing has changed, lately. I did a hard reset, but nothing. One press of the button , light flashes green, for some time, then goes out. Press 5 times to turn of and tried again...

PowerPod Lite Observation
After 2 months of use, I thought I would pass along some observations. Overall, I’m very pleased and impressed, by the accuracy. I started out, installing the PP on one bike, with the intention of moving it between 3 bikes. Well , that got to be a PITA . So I bought 2 more speed sensors, one for eac...

Re: Firmware 641 for PowerPod is available
I'm amazed, at how bikes have progressed , since I started riding 50+ yrs. ago. Started with 5 speed, friction shifting, clip peddles. Now , at age 72, I'm riding CF frame, thru-axles, disc brakes, and more sensors than most cars "LOL". My son noticed my bike, plugged into my PC (PowerPod)...

Re: Firmware 641 for PowerPod is available
Thanks John, No , not climbing hill, doing the calibration ride on my straight , flat street. But, after screwing around ith different profiles, and doing several calibration rides, the last test worked. I finally saw the red light come on at 50, I stopped, and returned. When for a ride, but when I ...

Re: Firmware 641 for PowerPod is available
Hello John. Did a little testing today and here is whats happening with the calibration mode. I double checked the instructions for an O&B cal. Push button 4 sec. wake up sensors, green blinks and turns solid, great. Push again , turns orange and then shortly later, red/green. I ride to my start...

Re: Firmware 641 for PowerPod is available
I think I figured it out. Here is attached ride file.
Also, I just discovered, I can't perform a calibration check In Isaac, , because the file is not a O&B ride, says the message. Ken- Sun May 19, 2019 8:43 pm

Re: Firmware 641 for PowerPod is available
Thank you John, while I wait, to find where to get this file, please let me clarify. When I perform a profile update, the PP Lite, does a or, requests a calibration ride, no problem. But, since the firmware update from 640 to 641, the PP lite, no longer does the new O&B ride. It does the older 1...

Re: Firmware 641 for PowerPod is available
Hello guys, got no response in general discussion, so I'll try here. I upgraded to firmware 641, and the O&B calibration doesn't work. The PP goes into the 1-100 continuous ride. Is this now the standard calibration ride ?
Thanks, ken

Power Pod Lite Calibration Change Firmware 641
I recently updated my PowerPod Lite, from Fireware 640 to 641. Started a calibration ride, and noticed it no longer does the new O&B cal ride. It does the 0-100 calibration. Not the 0-50, stop , turn around and ride back 50-100. It's not a problem , but wonder why , or is this now the type of ca...

Re: Multiple bikes use with PP
1) You don't have to use a spirit level. PP auto calibrates itself to within 0.05% 2) When you move from bike to bike, both wind and tilt can change. So yes, spend the 5 minutes required to do a new calibration! 3) If you use the same sensors on both bikes that's OK, except the automatic profiling ...

Multiple bikes use with PP
Regarding calibration, I'm using the same Garmin, speed , cadence, HR monitor. I also use a spirit level, to ensure the unit is level (placing level under "PowerPod" letters).
So, when I transfer all this devices to another bike, is O&B calibration required ?
Thanks
