OK, thanks for that. On the trainer front, is adding watts to another profile ok to get it closer to mine or is there a way of adding the correct profile?

Powerpod or virtual power
I'm setting up to do some indoor training on a dumb trainer. Would I be better using virtual power on say trainerroad or use my Powerpod (only reason I ask is my trainer isn't on the list in Iassc, so can only gey a close approximate of power). I'm guessing the PP would be better but also wondering ...

Hi all. I've just got a PP so this will probably be the first of many questions! lol I've got a Tacx T2500 Booster indoor trainer and it doesn't seem to be on the list of supported trainers. I see it uses powercurvesensor.com for the power curves and it's on there but tried "check trainer updat...
