So I have had some improvement. I cleaned the port on the powerpod and now i can plug it into the laptop. it will connect to Issac but when I connect it to a usb charger it flashes red 12 times and then the light goes out. It doenst charge when connected to the laptop. Anyone have any thoughts?

I am having a problem with my powerpod. When I connected it to my PC today a mesaage saying "USB accessories disabled" subsequently the Popwerpod won't connect to Issac and won't charge when using a dedicated USB sharger. I have tried the following Other USB devices and they do not produce...

Thanks John. Tom got back to me really quickly. He recommended a hard reset of 15 secons which I had tried but must have been counting a little too quickly. Lights are back on ill test it on wednesday
