Re: TT bike mounting
Yeah, issues with the attachments coming through as desired (it decided to rotate the images and dropped a couple). Went with hosting site and modified my post, so take a look now..

Re: TT bike mounting
Thought I'd post some pics in case it helps anyone.. I ended up using the Garmin mount on the bottom of my stem (the curvature was flatter than the aerobars, and so fit better with the mount). After unclipping the AP along with the Garmin mount, the remaining piece on the stem is quite minimal. Coul...

Re: Super low CdA vals -- bad calibration? too much wind?
One issue I noticed: In Isaac, if I select a portion of the ride, and Keep Selection. All values in Tweak CdA/Crr/... update appropriately according to the selection, except CdA. It still retains the CdA value for the entire ride, even after saving and reopening. So my process I described above seem...

Re: Super low CdA vals -- bad calibration? too much wind?
So the power displayed in the Garmin is exactly what my DFPM would show, just relayed via the AP, right? Anyway, one thing I noticed is that my Crr was likely set too high. My profile had 0.006, but I actually used fast tires and looked up their supposed Crr, which should be closer to 0.004. Cool fe...

Re: Super low CdA vals -- bad calibration? too much wind?
Another thing I noticed: During the ride, the power that was displayed from AP seemed quite low compared to my perceived effort. Was it getting low power from the DFPM and that is what is causing the super low CdA calcs maybe?

Re: Super low CdA vals -- bad calibration? too much wind?
sram red quarq dzero. Power looked reasonable on trainer. One thing maybe to note, is that I started the calibration ride and noticed I had not disabled the DFPM, so both the Aeropod and DFPM were enabled. I disabled the DFPM on my Garmin (and AP was still enabled), so I should have been in a good s...

Super low CdA vals -- bad calibration? too much wind?
Was seeing super low CdA values. (E.g., mile 9.5 - 10, get average CdA of ~0.11).
Was it too windy, or some other calibration issue?
Thx!

Re: Help analyzing ride data and protocol
Ok, I think I have almost enough info to go try things again, but a few last questions if you don't mind: Any need to be in a certain position during the calibration stage? (e.g., can I be upright vs in aerobars) Any indication that the location I tried was not ideal, from the .ibr file, or can that...

Re: Help analyzing ride data and protocol
Thanks John for taking a look. My DFPM is a Pioneer dual leg Dura-Ace crankset. I'm surprised by the spikes, I haven't seen that in any of my rides indoors or outdoors (thought I also saw it for this ride when viewing in Isaac). Maybe it is happening and other software is just throwing them out. I h...

Help analyzing ride data and protocol
I'm pretty sure my testing protocol was pretty bad, but want to figure out the sources of error and fix those for next time :) . So hoping folks can help with my questions/observations below. Calibration I did upright, except for the last part which I think is supposed to be closer to real/TT positi...

Re: TT bike mounting
Apparently I need to go the GoPro mount option. Anyone have experience with removing the adhesive? Will it work fine on carbon? I don't necessarily want the mount permanently stuck on..

Re: TT bike mounting
Hello all -- I have the Profile Designer Aeria Ultimate bars on the way. What's my best mounting option? I already have the TT mount and road mount for the aeropod, but I'm guessing neither of these will work? Would prefer not to permanently glue something on, as I don't plan on keeping the aeropod ...

Re: Video: how to install under-the-bar TT mount for aerobars
It looks like this type of mount wouldn't work with a basebar that doesn't have mounting holes available, correct? I have an older style aluminum Vision base bar (from a 2011 Cervelo P3). Would I need the road bar mount instead? If so, how can I get that?
Thanks
