Re: Securing Powerpod to Mount - won't tighten fully

Considering that the mount for the PowerPod is more or less a GoPro mount, I have found that the same thumbscrews can be tightened using virtually any GoPro mount wrench. I got this one and store in in my bag. Works great and tightens down my PowerPod quite well: https://www.amazon.com/Mekingstudio-...

Re: FINAL NOTICE: Mac OS Catalina: Isaac/Mac won't work!!!

I'm gonna play devils advocate a bit with this. I'm a long-term Mac user...but I'm also a long-term Windows user as well, having served as an IT administrator for the better part of 5 years some years ago. I've been in both worlds and can certainly understand the frustrations developers have trying ...

Re: Indoor trainer mode for Wahoo Kickr Snap

Yeah, that’s what I figured. I did end up getting a Kickr Snap and, even without the use of a dedicated power meter, it does a fair job. Definitely a worthy upgrade over a basic fluid trainer. Indoor trainer mode for Wahoo Kickr Snap

Hi there! I'm considering a Wahoo Kickr Snap and, while it can provide it's own power reading, it does have a feature called PowerMatch where it can use a power meter as a data source. Question is: How would I enable the PowerPod to allow for this? Doesn't appear that the Wahoo Kickr is in the train...

Re: Isaac for Mac crashes on High Sierra and Mojave

Maybe "intrusive" is not exact but "arbitrary" is very close... The problem here is that Apple makes changes that ALWAYS benefit them, but without necessarily benefiting users: 1) In 64 bit Mac, some of the key libraries used in 32bit Mac are now missing. Why are they missing? W...

Re: Isaac for Mac crashes on High Sierra and Mojave

Question now is: Will the new version of Isaac be ready in time for the release of macOS Catalina? I can run Isaac in a supported version of macOS using Parallels Desktop but not everyone can do that. Users who upgrade to Catalina will likely be bit by this. The reason is that Catalina is the first ...
