OK. I tried to load the profile again and went for a ride the other night. It seemed to work. I'll post my short ride over the weekend and see what you think.

Hi, I went to Device, Unlock feature, and it's looking for a get unlock status or send unlock key. the file it looks for is a .enc file. So i clicked on the profile you sent titled sincy and it seemed to load this. However i am still getting spurious power readings. See attached file. iBike_06_20_20...

Thanks. Do i just open the file in Newton and go through the setup and then send to device?

Also how would this happen.

Please find attached a copy of my ride from 2nd June which had a peak power of 1450w.

I too am having issues. I am reading high power on downhill sections. Over 1500 on one ride. Worked fine for a few years then suddenly stopped reading power. So reconnected speed and cadence sensor and still all over the place.

Any help would be appreciated.
