Thanks for replying. I reinstalled and it only works under the admin account and not the normal account i use. Glad it works and I can reset it now. Can't wait to use it. Thanks again. Really appreciate it.

Factory Reset option missing from Isaac Software
hi, I recently started to ride again and wanted to use my powerpod again. But when i tried to reset the device i could not find the reset device option. i attached an image to show what I see on my screen. Did it move somewhere else?
