Better idea.
Rather than forcing a recalibration. The unit does a good job of recalibrating itself after a few minutes if riding. Some way to tell it "this is the new normal" would be grand.

Force calibration from unit
Is there a way to force the unit into calibration without involving Isaac? I'd like to be able to go to a decent cycle track a few miles away and do an out and back without having to give up the data on the way there.
