Re: How to add a new Indoor Trainer in Isaac
I just loaded my trainer ride on isaac and it appears that the power and speed increase perfect together. Guess its just delayed more on my garmin, but by isaac everything looks good.

Re: How to add a new Indoor Trainer in Isaac
I setup my PP to indoor trainer and sent the generic magnet ride profile to it, and tested it out on the trainer for a few mins this morning. My ant+ dongle is suppose to come today so hopefully i can try out zwift tomorrow, but what i noticed while on the trainer today was say i'm cruising along at...

Re: How to add a new Indoor Trainer in Isaac
K, I'll give PP a try when my ant+ dongle arrives. How do I pair PP with zwift? Will I need to hold the button down for 4 secs like when I paired my sensors to PP?

Re: How to add a new Indoor Trainer in Isaac
I have a dumb question, but i have a generic magnetic trainer that has 5 resistance settings that you change manually. So can the powerpod detect when you change to a different resistant lvl? I'm not really worried about it, but i'm gonna do some zwift when my ant+ dongle comes in and i'm just curio...

Re: Powerpod and external cadence and speed sensor
I dunno what model my garmin speed and cadence sensors are, but they seem to be working fine with powerpod so far. I bought both them about 2 years ago.

Okay I was thinking it would be fine, but just wanted to double check to make sure. Thanks again!

Re: 2 bikes same sensors
Sorry to bug you again, but one more question. I removed the powerpod mount since I only have one, but forgot to make marks so I could put it back on in the same place. So I'm sure I won't get lucky and mount it back exactly the way it was. So as long as I get it back close will it be okay or will a...

Re: 2 bikes same sensors
Glad to hear everything looks good. If I swap profiles manually will it stay on that profile even after pp goes to sleep or do I need to swap the profile right before I go ride?

Re: 2 bikes same sensors
Since its cold this morning i figured i would move the powerpod to the fixed gear bike and do a short out and back to see what happens. Of course powerpod was really confused for the first 8 mins showing i was doing 300 to 400 watts, but then things seemed to settle down after 8 mins. Isaac made som...

Re: 2 bikes same sensors
Did the 10 min out and back this morning, and everything looks pretty good. I did a really long (17 miles total) out and back the day before which after isaac calibration changed my wind scaling from 1.4 to 1.07. So i wanted to do a more precise out and back this morning which changed the wind scali...

Re: 2 bikes same sensors
Thanks for the reply. Just one more quick question lol.... when you do a 10 min out and back, can that include the 8 mins that the powerpod is doing its calibration or do you need to ride for 8 mins then do another 10 mins out and back?

Re: 2 bikes same sensors
I'm gonna assume that since i will be using the same sensors on both bikes, that the powerpod will just do its self calibration and will be fine after the first 5 to 8 mins no matter which bike i put it on. Please correct me if i'm wrong. Thanks

2 bikes same sensors
I swap back and forth alot between 2 bikes, a geared bike and a fixed gear bike but i also use the same cadence and speed sensor for both bikes. So everything i have read it seems to be setting up 2 profiles for the powerpod for each bike, but i'm assuming that's with different sensors for both bike...
