PowerPod is Dead

I tried charging my PowerPod, as I have done countless times, and the LED does not illuminate. I tried using another charging cable as well as another power supply. It also does not charge when I connect it to my laptop via USB and it does not show up in Isaac. Please let me know if I should contact...

Re: PowerPod Power is High

Attached are the two examples. Note both rides ended where they began and there was no drafting (I rode alone).

PowerPod Power is High

The average power measured by my PowerPod for my rides seems about 25% too high. I have been analyzing my rides in Isaac and also comparing the results using https://www.gribble.org/cycling/power_v_speed.html. Here are the numbers that I have been using in both Isaac and Gribble: Weight of rider + b...

Calibration Ride

Hi John, I have been using the PP since early May 2016. I have done about 55 rides with it and really like it. I was originally using the handlebar mount that came with it but switched to the PP/Garmin combo mount sometime in early June 2016. Today was the first time that I ever did a 10-minute out ...

Re: No Ride Data

Thanks John. It appears that the ride data had all incorrect dates. I am unsure how that happened as I have never done a hard reset (I do not know how to do one). I downloaded all 54 rides (Device --> Download Ride Data). I cannot tell what is what because the dates are incorrect. So, I erased all t...

No Ride Data

I have been using my PowerPod since April 2016. The power data displayed on my Garmin Edge 800 when I am riding seems fairly accurate most of the time. However, today I decided to calibrate my PowerPod by doing a 10-minute out and back ride. I have now connected my PowerPod to my laptop and launched...
