The real question is: Is your FTP the same on the road as it is on a trainer? This is what I intend to find out. IBike Newton and Issac are an awesome tools for cycling minds.

Newton+ and Isaac are awesome tools for training. I set up low cadence and speed on my magnetic trainer to match a climb I frequent. Then modified the power coefficients off a generic trainer setting in the trainer list to match the power and speed on the climb. I saved the modified setting as "...
