This has happened to me on a regular basis - for whatever reason, it just stops in the early part of the ride. Today I rode about 30 miles, and VeloTrack quit after 6 miles, and it was on a loop I regularly ride and it has recorded correctly many times. I have the latest VeloTrack and Isaac releases...

when i select GPS Tracker Get GPS Data, window pops up with: No GPS Tracker Data was found for this ride. This may be due to an incorrect date/time setting in the device... would you like Isaac to repair date/time for this file? Selecting Yes results in it automatically getting GPS data from an olde...

I have Newton 5, iphone 8 w/ Velotrack App, bought GPS key and have been using successfully for about 2 years. The tracker usually records properly and connects and sends file to Isaac server from my iPhone. The Isaac for Windows .ibr file from rides does not always contain GPS data even when I laun...

Max Cadence RPM unusally high in Isaac

I've been using Newton 5 for a few weeks now, and have noticed the max RPM stats shown in Isaac to be pretty high. Numbers like 175 rpm. I can turn 120+, but certainly not 175! AFAIK everything else is pretty much on target and RPM while riding looks about right too. Anybody else having similar read...
