Re: Isaac can't send corrected profile to Gen 3
Thanks John. I tried what you suggested but it still gives me the same error. I also noticed a somewhat related issue when I tried to reduce the sample rate from 1sec to 5sec, I noticed 2 things: 1 - I get the same out of range parameter error (please see image) when set the sample rate to 5sec and ...

Re: Isaac can't send corrected profile to Gen 3
John, I have recently seen the same problem with my GenIII, every time I try to download my ride files (please see attached). I am not sure I understand the workaround you explained above (copied below). Could you please elaborate! Thanks. FG Since the profile looked normal, I copied it. I then manu...

Re: Bad battery read when voltage >275 watts
I changed the battery to the main unit (ibike Pro) and the speed sensor but not the wireless base and within 20 minutes of riding in 50F temperature the message of "Speed fail" was shown. Is this because of the wireless communication failure and low battery power in the wireless unit?

Check Calibration
For the past 3 or 4 rides, I noticed a sudden rise in power, when I run the "Check Calibration" function it shows me "significant change on profile". It shows wind scaling, friction and tilt to be out. Although I have run wind and tilt calibrations before each ride and everything...

Re: Trainer Mode Turns Off when Riding
I did not suggest that my trouble with HR strap had anything to do with the trainer on or off. All I said was that, I have had to do a lot of hard resets because of the HR starp and have therefore had the same problem with the trainer on-off after every hard reset. My steps noted above have been my ...

Re: "Hrt Off"
Thanks Tom for your invaluable advice. I hate to admit so publically about my hairy chest but based on your advice as soon as I opened a patch using a Gillette razor and a bit of shaving cream, I started getting a clear & strong signal from the HR strap! Thanks again. I was ready to just throw t...

Re: Trainer Mode Turns Off when Riding
I am new to this and have only had my ipro for a couple of weeks. But I have had to do a lot of hard resets because I cannot get the HR strap to pair with the ibike. In any case everytime I did a hard reset, I could not get the Trainer mode to turn back on even though the screen would confirm that i...

"Hrt Off"
Received my ipro a couple of weeks ago. From the get go I’ve had trouble with the HR strap not pairing with ibike. I kept getting “Hrt off” message after scanning. I went through all the tricks of hard resets on HR sensor, mount and the ibike as well as changing all the batteries on all three units....
