AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

Hi John , I live in the UK and have a Powerpod 4 and use the pitot tube. All has been working well since i purchased the powerpod, however for the last two rides the wind profiles look wrong (see attached) and it looks like the tube or wind port is blocked. This is not the case and I have checked both the port and tubes before and after each rides and they were clear. It was also cool, windy and partially sunny on both days i.e. no rain.

Do you have any suggestions how I could resolve this issue.

Something is not right with your wind sensor.

Please email technicalsupport@velocomp.com. I think this may be a warranty issue.
