Help with my gravel profile

Post by TuRu00 »

Hello,

I did many cal rides with my gravel bike and on all of them the watts are too high for me (or that is my impression). My FTP is around 180 now and i see big numbers on my Garmin. Could you help me please?

I attach today rides. First 10 km are from the "old" profile, i felt that numbers were high then I stopped to cal ride and continue, but in my opinion the results were even higher. Thanks.

Your rolling resistance was way too high (0.019).

I adjusted it down to 0.009.

Attached.

Is there any information for tweaking this kind of things on Issac? The Crr for my tires was that, or at least i found it on that value.

It's a bit of a mystery to me, how high Crr values appear in the profile. I haven't been able to replicate the problem, but I always look at CdA and Crr values.
