Other devices that can display power, slope and wind speed

Are Garmin and Raptor the only devices that can display power, slope and wind speed?
It is very difficult to find any information about alternative device choices.
I know that any head unit or watch can show WATTS.
I also know that currently only Garmin and Raptor can display ALL metrics, (phone app excluded).
1) Will there be other devices in the future that display ALL metrics?
2) Are there currently any other devices that can display POWER, SLOPE and WIND SPEED, (without CdA or its time advantage)?
