I hope you can help with my PowerPod that I got for Christmas.
I started using it after Christmas, and it worked fine for calibration and a few rides until the battery was discharged.
Since then I have not been able to charge it or connect it to the companion software on my computer. I have tried multiple usb outlets (plug-in, wall mounted, pc) and cables.
I have also tried holding the button for 10-12 seconds to do a hard reset but there is no response.
Whatever I do I can't get any light to appear on the device.
Do you have any suggestions for resolving this?
