I think I am generating a lot of power. Can you help me check please?

I did a workout on the paved road with my Gravel and another with the Mountain Bike.
For some time now I have found the power values overestimated, including generating results of almost 10% more in FTP.
Can you please help me check if the calibration is correct?
Stressing, on each bike I use pairs of different sensors.

Your Crr (rolling resistance) somehow was boosted to an unreasonably high number of 0.013. That would be like doing all your riding in soft sand...

I adjusted the Crr number down, to 0.007. This drops about 50W off of your rolling resistance component.

It looks like you are using the same sensors and profile on both your gravel and MTB. Is this correct?

Hi,
I use separate sensors. A pair of sensors (Speed and Cadence) for each bike.

I did a PP reset and tomorrow in a new training I try to calibrate again. I will also install Isaac again, I don't know if that is it, but I need to try something.
Everything works normally on a bicycle. But when I try to use MTB (with different sensors) everything gets lost, very frustrated with that. Maybe I am doing something wrong in the construction of the profiles in PP.

I calibrated today, and the numbers were so absurd again.

For the ride files you provided (Gravel and MTB), the wireless IDs in their two profiles were IDENTICAL.

Isaac has nothing to do with high watts you see while riding.

Please do the following:

1) do a short ride with your MTB

2) do a short ride with your gravel bike

Post both ride files.

Hi,
I use different sensors for each bike, including the Garmin I renamed them for easy identification. However, I think I am doing something wrong when creating the profiles, perhaps overwriting and giving this error.

I am sending two new workouts for each of them, MTB and GRAVEL. I want to thank you for your support!

Your MTB file looks fine.

Your Gravel file has two problems: 1) Crr is way too high; 2) wind calibration is incorrect.

I have attached corrected Gravel file and profile.

The HUGE difference between power in these two files is that you are traveling about 13 mph in the MTB file (avg watts 145) versus 20 mph in the Gravel file (avg watts 242). I can't tell if these bike speeds are correct.

Hello John, thanks again for your attention.

I must be doing something wrong when sending the corrected profile to my PP. Isaac is giving me these screens below.
If I happen to have a tutorial where I can learn how to update the profile, I am grateful.

This screen means that your profile for this bike is too far away from its original setting.

I've artificially altered your profile so that you should be able to load it. After loading it do a short ride; your PP will be way out of calibration for the first few minutes, but it should correct itself after a bit. Download and post the ride.

If this doesn't work, then please do a new calibration ride with your gravel bike, then post that ride afterwards to me for any required correction.

Hello, I'm sending the short training with GRAVEL as you asked me. And another race with MTB.

I think GRAVEL's profile was very good after your help, but if you can check it out, I'm grateful.

Gravel is excellent.

Assuming your MTB race was with a lot of drafting, it is perfect too.

What a great Jhon!

Thank you very much for the support, I really felt the gravel bike much more in tune.

Again, thank you very much for your help.
