PowerPod lights work but no USB connection

Hi John,

After last ride a couple of days ago, in which the unit recorded all well on my Garmin device, I cannot connect it to Isaac at all.

I tried different cable, different USB port, even resurrected my old iMac to try on a different computer but no matter what I tried the unit does not connects over USB.

If I push the button on the unit I get the usual colours so it looks like the unit still works.

What could I do?
