PowerPod sensitivity to slope, wind

Which parameter should I tweak to lower the sensitivity to slope variation, and better account for front/back wind gusts?
My perceived rate of exertion is consistent with power readings stability on flats with no wind, but the power reading seems to increase too fast with small variations of uphill slope, and decrease too fast with small downhills.
Also, when I feel sustained opposing wind gusts, it looks like the power reading are OK for a while before starting decreasing.
