PowerPod v2 died mid ride, now won't charge

Hi all,

Apologies if this is answered elsewhere, I've done a "man look" and can't find anything.

Yesterday mid ride we stopped for a cafe break. Started the ride again and as I rode away the watts stayed at zero. I pressed the button to start the PowerPod but no light came on. It has done this once before and I assumed it was some sort of weird sleep issue.

However, got it home and plugged it in, no charge light. Tried 2 different cables and 2 different sockets, no dice.

Any ideas? Had it less than a year and it didn't get much use because of illness!
