failed calibration

Post by los_leo »

Hi. I tried the round-trip calibration and I did not get it.
when reaching 100% red light flashes and then returns to Green / red. It does not complete the calibration.
I try many times and the same thing always happens.
Help please, thanks

1) Make sure your PP is approximately level to the road

2) Make sure your wind sensor is not blocked.

Please post photos of your PP attached to your bike. Front and side views.

Hi.
The letters of "PP" are completely level.
There is nothing that blocked the wind sensor.
Today I tried with "better accuracy" and it worked. It marked power at all times but with "best Accuracy" it does not complete the calibration.
I will try again but it is already 4 days when I do not succeed.

I follow all the steps. is paired with the speed and cadence sensors. press button and turn on the yellow light, then start pedaling to green / red. I arrive at the place where I will begin the calibration, I stop, I preciono the button and the light goes to Yellow flashing. the wats increase from 0 to 50, the red light turns on, I stop, turn on the yellow light flashing, turn and continue from 50 to 100. When you reach 100, the red light flashes for a few seconds and then goes back to Green / red unchecked power or sometimes left in 50%

I've got the same problem - calibration "power" rises to 50W & then seems to carry on rising. Stopping completely & then restarting the "back" portion of the ride results in hitting 100W at the correct point on the road, but then the light carries on flashing red/green & the calibration seems to restart. There is no obvious logic in the watts display from there (on the last attempt it dropped to 50W shortly after I abandoned the attempt & rode home - climbed to 100W & then back to 3W).

I've tried resetting the unit, but I get a "Comm Error". I can't see a way to re-flash the firmware, which would be the obvious sounding fix (Isaac tells me that I have the latest firmware, so that's that).

Actually, the light sometimes flashes yellow too - just to make you think that "this time it might work".
