Profiles in replacement unit

Post by albafar »

I just received a replacement unit and thank you for that. I assume I can just export my profiles from Isaac to it without having to do any new calibration rides. Can you confirm?

You can import the profiles. I would check the first ride to make sure that calibrations look good. The first 8 minutes of your first ride may be wacky, while PP updates its internal calibration.

Thanks John,
I finally made my first short test ride with the new unit. The imported profile seem to work fine. Tomorrow i might try the TT bike/profile out. But where did the Powerstroke go? Tom wrote he would install it before shipping. Did he miss out on that part or am I just blind?

Connect your device to Isaac.

Go to Device/Unlock Feature/Get Unlock Status

You should see PowerStroke listed. If you don't please email technicalsupport@velocomp.com

Once I was blind but now I see - you made a believer out of me 😉

Thanks John

I just realised the cadence sensor wasn't paired - that should help....

Once cadence is paired, PS data should re-appear.
