Hi,
Love my powerpod, does a great job for the most part, but for one thing.
When I am travelling at speed, downhill, pedaling.....sometimes hard, sometimes not, depending on the situation.....but going at speed.
Let's say I am hitting 60km/h and pedaling relatively gently, but with some pressure. How can I be doing 500 watts? Gravity is doing most of the work. Is there something wrong with my powerpod?

Re: Downhill Power
If you post a ride file I will take a look, but nothing is wrong.
On downhills cyclists can pick up extra speed by going into a tuck, to be more aero. PP does not know you are in a tuck, so it attributes the extra speed to you pedaling harder.

Re: Downhill Power
I think you're ok, though your big climb at the end of your ride has a few speed sensor dropouts. This may be because you dropped below our zero-speed threshold of 3 mph.

Thanks John,
On that big climb, I had to walk for a little bit. It was seriously steep.
